Ngo Thi Kim Trinh

Attorney Ngo Thi Kim Trinh graduated from HCMC University of Law (2003-2007) and was granted a legal practising certificate by the Ministry of Justice in 2011. In the same year, Ms. Trinh has acceded to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.

With the orientation to become an attorney by profession in litigation practice, Ms. Trinh has worked for nearly 10 years at Le Nguyen Law Firm Co., Ltd (2007-2016). She was responsible for providing legal advice and representing clients to participate in litigation at the People’s Court and Commercial Arbitration in areas such as trade, civil, marriage and family.

Ms. Trinh decided to challenge herself with a new stage to develop her career by joining Luat Viet Law Firm Co., Ltd (2016-2020) as a Senior Associate. She and the Litigation Team participated in resolving and protecting of numerous clients in commercial disputes, administrative complaints about import tax on goods, disputes of construction contracts; assisting clients to solve problems in the performance of commercial/service contracts, real estate transfer, etc. In addition, Ms. Trinh also an expert in consulting and handling disputes involving foreign elements such as labour; inheritance; marriage và family; custody; compensation for damages caused by infringing honour, dignity and reputation, etc.

 

Ms. Trinh officially worked at Phuoc & Partners as a Senior Associate in charge of the Litigation Department since October 2020. In January 2022, she became a Partner of Phuoc & Partners. At Phuoc & Partners, she has been leading a group of litigation attorneys to advise and resolve disputes involving areas such as labour, stock transfer agreement, international trade/service contract, intellectual property rights, divorce, administrative, civil in Courts and Commercial Arbitration. In addition, Ms. Trinh works with the litigation team to provide legal opinions and represents clients in negotiations and settlement to resolve conflicts arising during the implementation of contracts and transactions in different fields without going through legal proceedings.
