Le Thi Minh Chau

After obtaining an advanced bachelor degree at the Ho Chi Minh University of Law in 2016, Chau has been working as an assistant for a consulting firm to serve mainly for Japanese investors, associations and agencies. In the course of four-year of such employment, she had been assisting the attorneys in conducting legal research, drafting advices and solutions relating to enterprises in Vietnam. Noticeably, she involves in numerous merger and acquisition projects, being assigned to drafting extensive and in-depth due diligence reports, proposing M&A structures and schemes; subsequently her knowledge also the ability to deal with difficult legal issues has been remarkably increased.

Her skill to working and dealing with issues relating to foreign investment in Vietnam facilitate her being a key paralegal of the firm.

After a long period of hard work and one-year training process for studying practical skills, she passed the final examination in 2020 and currently processing paperwork for obtaining lawyer practice certificate.

As from 15 April 2020, Chau joined Phuoc & Partners Law Co., Ltd as an Associate.

Education:

• Advanced Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Ho Chi Minh University of Law (2016); and
• Certificate in Lawyer-Training Course, Judicial Academy (2018).

English, conversational Japanese and Vietnamese.
