Le Thi Minh Thu

Minh Thu is a Senior Paralegal of Phuoc & Partners at the moment. In 2020, Minh Thu graduated from the Ho Chi Minh University of Law (“ULAW”) majoring in International Law and participated in the Legal English Course organised by ULAW to improve her legal English proficiency. Presently, Minh Thu has finished the lawyer course (2021 – 2022) at the Judicial Academy of Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to her participation in Phuoc & Partners’ team, Minh Thu has spent almost one year working for A Chau Accounting Company Limited and S&B Law as a legal intern. Besides, Minh Thu also tried her hand in the role of a legal executive at Mekong Construction Trading Consultant Joint Stock Company. During this time, Minh Thu had has many opportunities to work directly with the Court and competent State authorities and assisted lawyers in preparing dossiers and documents, drafting consulting letters, drafting legal opinions, memos that supported her in learning skills in the field of consulting as well as litigation.

In August 2020, Minh Thu officially joined Phuoc & Partners as a legal intern. During the three-month internship, Minh Thu has shown her outstanding working ability. Therefore, she has officially promoted a paralegal of Phuoc & Partners since November 2020. During her time working for Phuoc & Partners since November 2020 to November 2021, Minh Thu demonstrated her ability to handle work effectively when receiving and resolving client related matters quickly, assisted the lawyers in completing the assigned work successfully. In addition, Minh Thu also demonstrated her capacity in using English fluently with proficiency in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, which immensely helped her communicated with foreign clients and dealing with their legal issues. Besides, Minh Thu also proactively participates in business development activities of the Firm by supporting and organising legal training sessions, internal training sessions, book writing and translation, etc. Then, since January 2022, she was officially promoted to senior paralegal at Phuoc & Partners.

Bachelor of International Law– Ho Chi Minh University of Law (2016-2020); and

The lawyer course – Judicial Academy of Ho Chi Minh City (2021 – 2022).
