After graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with a Good Bachelor Degree in Civil Law, Viet Anh practiced and dealt with several areas of law as a Paralegal at Phuoc & Partners Law Co., Ltd where she served domestic and foreign individual clients as well as local and international companies and corporations. In terms of labour and employment, Viet Anh focused on labour cases involving e.g. signing, performance and termination of labour contracts, labour safety and hygiene, remuneration and benefits to employees, labour disputes, internal labour regulations, etc. She love solving problems and enjoy helping her clients solve their legal issues, whether they are minimising risks when handling labour disciplines, unilateral termination, solution for salary payment, setting up grassroots trade union. She also practiced in obtaining different types of licenses, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, giving tax advice, litigation and debt collection.

To extend and master her knowledge, Viet Anh did a postgraduate course, i.e. Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade and Economic Law and earned a merit degree from University of the West of England, United Kingdom.

Later on, she left Phuoc & Partners Law Co., Ltd and worked as an in-house counsel for CapitaLand Vietnam – a multinational corporation that specialises in real estate. During this transitional period from professional lawyer to in-house counsel, she participated in e.g. handling real estate disputes; reviewing SPA, leasing agreement; obtaining permits for changing of business location; payment of apartment purchase; obtaining ownership certificates for apartment buyers.
