Tran Kim Nga

Tran Thi Kim Nga joined Phuoc & Partners as an Associate in November 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Kim Nga worked with various general practice law firms for two years, followed by three years working for prominent Vietnamese company specializing in real estate investment and development. Over the following year in her career, Ms. Nga garnered experience in consulting and successfully protecting the rights and interests of many clients in purchase and sale transactions of real estate to be formed in the future. Through this, Ms. Nga has followed a career involving a wide array of corporate and real estate transactions matters. Currently, Ms. Nga concentrates on investment and corporate, real estate, and merger & acquisition matters.

Based on her extensive legal consulting experience coupled with the ability to identify individuals’ needs that allow her to assess legal risks, Ms. Nga can provide valuable advice on the feasibility of investment decisions and effectively handle her clients’ legal issues. The insight gained from her practice has given Ms. Nga in the skills required for building, developing, and maintaining satisfied clients.
