Vu Ngoc Yen

After graduating from the Foreign Trade University majoring in International Trade Law, Ngoc Yen interned at ES Networks Vietnam; which allowed her to gain legal knowledge for practical experience in foreign investment cases through legal research, translation, legal dossier drafting.

Since 2017 to August 2020, Ngoc Yen started her career as a Paralegal at Asean Law Firm LLC. At this firm, she was responsible and in charge of her own caseload which related to the establishment of foreign owned enterprises, investment projects for manufacturing, shares and interests purchase.

Ngoc Yen has finished her training course at the Judicial Academy and now she is confident in the role of Senior Paralegal at Phuoc & Partners where is a professional environment for her to gain practical experience to fulfill her desire to become an independent lawyer practicing in investment and corporate law.

• Bachelor of International Trade Law – Foreign Trade University (09/2014-07/2018); and
• Lawyer training certificate – Judical Academy (12/2018-01/2020).
