Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Phuong

At the fourth year in University, Thanh Phuong started working for Hung Tu Law Office. After graduating from the Ho Chi Minh University of Law in 2013, majoring in International Law, Phuong had continued to take on an attorney assistant position involving tasks such as negotiating, resolving disputes, and attending courts on behalf of clients for a variety of cases such as commercial contracts, and civil labour disputes. In addition, Thanh Phuong also drafted civil contracts, trade, wills, donations, business registration procedures, mortgages, and property’s owner renewal registration.

After 03 years working for Hung Tu Law firm, with the further ambition of working in a professional and global environment, Thanh Phuong joined Phuoc & Partners (2016) as a Paralegal. Thanh Phuong participated in drafting and advising clients in many cases of different legal fields such as civil, family, labour, real estate, and other commercial business matters. Besides that, Phuong has accumulated a wealth of experience working with state agencies in the process of assisting clients with related disputes in a professional and effective manner.

In order to improve herself in consultancy for domestic and foreign enterprises, Phuong worked as a legal and compliance specialist for Deutsche Bank AG (2018). At this place, Phuong has gradually improved her legal knowledge in finance and banking fields.

Then, Phuong joined Phuoc & Partners as a senior Paralegal in December 2019. After one year, Ms. Thanh Phuong is promoted as an Associate since 01/02/2021.

• Master of Laws – Vietnam Academy of social sciences (2014-2016);

• Member of Bar Association of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
