Prior to joining Phuoc& Partners, Attorney Truong Thi Hien has more than 15 years on legal consultancy experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A), Investment and Real Estate practice…After graduating from the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse, France with a Master degree in Business Law (2001), Ms. Hien repatriated and worked for InvestConsult Group – one of leading consulting firms specializing in Business & Investment, M&A, Corporate Restructuring… as a Legal Executive and then Deputy Manager of Legal Consulting Department. In this position, Ms. Hien earned variety of experience in M&A practice such as in charge of drafting master agreements, sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, other related documents and registering M&A deals. Furthermore, Ms. Hien also provided her legal advice on joint venture deals, sales of housing products, drafted and reviewed contracts for sale of housing products, contractors all risks insurance…
Then she left InvestConsult Group to pursue her legal career path with a higher position in Bizlink Lawyer & Consultants about 2 years and 1 year in DNPro Counsel LLP as a Senior Associate.
In 2013 to 2016, Ms. Hien worked as a Legal Counsel of Vietnam Investments Group (VIG) and then Legal Manager of its investees in Food & Beverage and Education. Besides providing the legal advice on normal M&A activities, Ms. Hien was also in charge of corporate issues, licensing, negotiating, drafting and reviewing kinds of contracts with suppliers, lessors, franchises, issuers, banks …
In 2017, Ms. Hien returned to Bizlink Lawyers as a Partner with the main role of supervising and training junior staffs as well as directly counseling and solving complex legal issues on M&A, Tax, Labour, Investment procedure field…
Ms. Hien has joined Phuoc & Partners as a Senior Associate since February 2020.
